WU24 will be an eight (8) days tournament from Saturday 21st to Saturday 28th June, 2025 inclusive.
Day 1 (Sat 21st June) will include the Parade of Nations, Opening Ceremony, and an opening game – all teams should make plans to play a game (if required) on Day 1. Day 8 (Sat 28th June) will be a short day with limited play for some teams only – schedule pending.
On-site registration will take place in the lead-up to the Tournament after teams arrive in Logroño, Spain.
The Parade of Nations and Opening Ceremony will take place in the afternoon of Saturday 21st June and all teams are requested to participate in uniform.
The official athletes’ party will be on Friday 27th June, while medal ceremonies will take place immediately after each final. The closing ceremony will take place at the end of the last final of the WU24 tournament.
Coaches & Captains’ Meeting & the Spirit Captains’ Meetings will take place on Saturday 21st June, in the morning BEFORE the tournament starts.
Trading night will likely be on Thursday 26th June, all the other activities dates and time will be published on this page.
